Well, it is.I did a comparo and ended up returning the Panasonic flash--which didn't have as high a guide number to boot! I use it on my Panasonic Lumix LX3 and Lumix DMC-G2 SLR. All features (eg, auto zoom, TTL) are fully compatible with both. Highly recommended.
