(More customer reviews)This is more the camera's fault than the battery's, but the BP-809 won't last much more than an hour on the Vixia HF10 or HF100 (even less if you zoom, use the on-board light, or do other power-intensive things).Much better to get the Canon 2589B002 BP-819 Lithium Ion Battery for HF10 & HF100 Camcorders, which provides a comfortable 2.5 hours of performance on either camcorder.
